Minnie is in her polka dot dress and bow on the front with a composition of Disneyland attractions on the back.  The back highlights Splash Mountain, Sleeping Beauty Castle, Star Tours, Matterhorn Mountain, Space Mountain, the Monorail, and It's a Small World.
 
This is an “AA Series” note distributed by Disneyland, and the AA Series were the only notes printed in 1994. This is an extreamly rare note.
